The Counseling Center provides a wide variety of resources that are excellent sources of information to help individuals with mental health concerns or needs. TimelyCare Resources

Texas State University students have 24/7 access to virtual care services through TimelyCare –  a virtual health and well-being platform designed specifically for college students. These services are provided at no additional cost to students, no need for insurance! Students have access to TimelyCare services 365 days a year, meaning you have access during breaks, after-hours, and any time you need support!
