Prevention Tools & Resources

The Counseling Center provides a wide variety of resources that are excellent sources of information to help individuals with mental health concerns or needs. Self-help materials are not meant to be a substitute for therapy.  Visit the Minds Matter Website for additional resources. If you are a Texas State University Student and interested in counseling services, please go to our main page for more information. If you are a Texas State University employee visit Bobcat Balance.
